Launchpad Academy is a Christian-based STEAM enrichment program in Delaware, Ohio, dedicated to mentoring high-potential children who don't thrive in traditional systems — guiding them from exploration to mastery, and eventually into real-world opportunity.
Some kids are wired to build.
Traditional classrooms often can't keep up with creative, emotionally intense, high-potential children. They get bored, restless, or misunderstood. We built Launchpad for exactly these kids — a place where their intensity is a gift, not a problem.
We expose students to a wide range of tools and experiences, uncover their natural strengths, and then develop those abilities toward mastery — all rooted in faith, integrity, and purpose.

Randy Robert and the Launchpad founding team started the academy to give their community a place where gifted kids could be challenged, mentored, and loved. What began as an after-school idea is growing into a complete learning and community platform.
